Welcome to INHANNA.com website ("INHANNA.com"). We at INHANNA provide website features to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at INHANNA.com, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. Our term and conditions cannot be applied if the order is made via other channel.
Pre Order Raya 2020
1- Discounted Price is applicable for full payment only.
2- Deposit payment of RM100 will be imposed for partial payment only.
3- The remaining balance of payment must be made within one (1) month from the date of purchase to avoid cancellation.
4- This is Pre Order item. Delivery will be subjected to the date stated in the website at the time of order and first come first serve basis.
5- All orders will be delivered once the items are ready.
6- Any cancellations of order must be requested via email to cs@INHANNA.com to avoid misunderstanding.
7- There is a 50% non refundable deposit payment if cancellation is made by the customer.
8- Refund amount will be paid within 14 working days from the cancellation date.
9- If your order includes the ready stock item, order will be shipped once the preorder item is ready.
10- We encourage customer not to purchase their pre order item together with ready stock item to avoid further inconvenience.
1- Ready stock product will be shipped out within 1-2 days the order has been made and the payment has been accepted by us unless specified differently on the product description/note.
2- We also offer pre-order product and the delivery is stated on the product description/note
3- We will update you once the order has been received, payment has been made and item has been delivered through email ONLY. We will only update you via other channel if you are requesting the update using the same channel. Example, if you would like to know whether your item has been shipped or not via whatsapp, then contact us via whatsapp and we will reply also by whatsapp.
4- Other than purchasing directly from INHANNA website www.INHANNA.com, INHANNA also have registered agents/dropshipper which represents INHANNA to do selling/marketing as well as customer service to assist you and to provide the best shopping experience at INHANNA. We ship to the entire world. Shipping price will automatically stated in your cart based on delivery location and item weight. If you find that the country you would like to ship to is not available, please contact us via email or whatsapp. We will give you shipping options and rate. We will be using Poslaju, Ninjavan and SF Express (International Delivery) depending on location and courier availability.
- East & West Malaysia - Poslaju and Ninjavan delivery will take 2 -3 business days to arrive.
- International - SF Express will take 3 to 10 business days to arrive
- The estimated delivery time applies to major cities only. Delivery to areas outside of major cities may incur additional days
- Item delivered is subjected to customs inspection and clearance. Items subjected to customs inspection and/or clearance may incur additional 48 -72 hours. Please keep your tracking number and contact your country general post office to request for your shipment status
We accept payment via SenangPay automatic online banking, manual transfer to our Maybank and CIMB account, Paypal and Credit Card (Visa and Master Card). We provide secure payment on Credit Card payment as we are using the secured, trusted and professional payment gateway PayPal and SenangPay. Your credit card information will not be released to us as you are dealing directly with PayPal and SenangPay.
Payment via SenangPay and paypal will be accepted instantly and you will receive a confirmation order via email. Payment via manual bank transfer has to be made and proof of payment has to be uploaded HERE with the order reference number in 24 hours. Late payment will lead to order cancellation. After proof of payment has been emailed, it will take up to 72 hours for our team to accept your payment and reply your email.
