Return Policy

 

  1. This return policy is applicable to all INHANNA product(s) except it’s stated No Return and Exchange for that particular product(s) or event or period.

  2. Returns are accepted within 5 business days (for local) and 10 business days (for international) of receiving the product(s) ordered from INHANNA online store (www.inhanna.com).

  3. Product(s) can be returned, provided that the product(s) are unworn, unaltered, unwashed, tag intact and in its original packaging.

  4. Please return items with all accessories, free gifts (if applicable), gift box and packaging. If you do not, we may either deny the return or allow return with no replacement for what is missing.

  5. Product EXCHANGE only applicable for defective, damage or mistaken that caused by INHANNA’s side and we DO NOT provide refund.

  6. INHANNA reserves the right to deny the return if the product(s) does not meet the above requirements.

 

RETURN OPTIONS

 

Option 1 : Return Via Post

  1. Please fill up the  Return Slip or you may download RETURN SLIP.pdf and attach together with your Return Package.

  2. We will provide you with the STORE CREDIT once we have received your return package.

  3. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to process your return and you will receive email notification once the STORE CREDIT amount has been credited.

  4. If the product(s) has been discounted either by promotion or voucher code, the STORE CREDIT amount will be credited based on the net amount that you have paid. Shipping charges that were paid during the initial order are not included.

  5. You can use the STORE CREDIT to purchase the new product(s) depending on the availability. If the price is higher, you have to pay the difference and if the price is lower than the STORE CREDIT amount, the difference will not be refunded but can be used later for the next purchase.

  6. For defective, damaged or mistaken item(s), the delivery charges will be refunded up to RM8.00 whichever is lower.

  7. Our Customer Service may contact you further for additional information. The return process might take longer than expected if there is a delay in reply.

  8. It is compulsory to attach the Return Slip. We do our best to accept and process your returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

Option 2 : Return at INHANNA WAREHOUSE

  1. Please fill up the Return Slip or you may download the RETURN SLIP.pdf and bring together with the return item.

  2. We will provide you with STORE CREDIT and you can purchase the new item depending on the availability. If the price is higher, you have to pay the difference and if the item is lower than the STORE CREDIT amount, the difference will not be refunded but can be used later for the next purchase.

  3. If the product(s) has been discounted either by promotion or voucher code, the STORE CREDIT amount will be credited based on the net amount that you have paid. Shipping charges that were paid during the initial order are not included.

  4. You may allow to exchange the defective, damaged or mistaken item depending on the availability.

  5. It is compulsory to provide the Return Slip when you return the item.
